How does it work?

You are under no contractual obligation as payment is made at the end of the month for a regular clean sent my invoice. We would prefer to earn your continued loyalty based on our ability to meet your needs than rely on a contractual relationship. All feedback is welcomed.

Who will clean my home?

Your home will usually be cleaned by a team of two, fully trained, Angels Housekeeping professional home cleaning services staff. For security and your peace of mind, our uniformed staff are fully covered by insurance public liability and employers liability insurance.

While in your home, our staff are not permitted to eat or smoke.

Our Angels Housekeeping professional home cleaning services training and working practices are designed to ensure that we comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and our NVQ standard.

What will Housekeeping Angels do for me?

We are a very flexible company and will clean as thoroughly as you wish. Basic cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and hall walls, high dusting, skirting’s. We can also offer bed making, cleaning inside of windows and ironing if needed. All included in the same hourly rate.

What time will you be at my home?

We offer a morning or afternoon appointments Monday to Friday. Our morning appointments start from 9.00am and end at 12.00pm. The afternoon appointments are from 12.00pm and finish at 3.00pm. We can offer out of hour appointments but would need at least 48 notice to arrange these.

Do i need to provide cleaning products?

We provide colour coded cloths for using in different areas of the home e.g Blue-general dusting Red-Bathrooms  & Yellow for the food preparation areas this reduces any cross contamination in the home. Our cloths are micro fibre so do not scratch surfaces.

We provide limescale remover as based in a hard water area it was necessary to use a product which is both gentle on surfaces such as chrome and strong enough to remove stubborn limescale

We provide a hoover but not a mop.

Who has access to my keys?

The office keeps keys and will log out to the supervisor each day, keys are then logged back into the office. The customers keys are colour coded and only the first name of the customer is used on the keys, unless the customer has a original name that could easily be identified, then a fake name would be used. If a key is lost, broken or damaged we would pay for a replacement key.

What should i do before my first clean?

Please identify how is best we spend our time we are happy to tidy but sometimes may put things in the wrong place. Please also inform the office of any dysfunctional DIY as shelves flying off when cleaning can be costly!

How do i pay?

Bank transfer is the best option cash can be accepted if this is a problem for some clients. A one off booking would require at least a 50% deposit before commencement.

What happens if I’m away or need to cancel a visit?

Please call or email the office we can postpone your clean but would need 48 hours notice. If no contact was made we would charge for the cancelled visit.

What happens if something gets broken?

We try to be as careful as possible in your home but if a accident occurs we will leave you a note explaining the issue. We would make every effort to fix if possible or replace the item if we can not fix.
